Trustee's Sale Notice in Lamar Colorado

Public notice of a trust sale in Lamar Prowers County Colorado under a deed of trust dated February 27 1500 and recorded February 28 10 to sell Lots 4 5 and 6 in Black 40 in Lamar to satisfy two promissory notes totaling 334 17 and 300 plus interest. Sale set for September 15 1581 at 10 AM at the courthouse front door in Lamar. Sheriff McCorny acts as substitute trustee if needed. First published Aug 15 1801.
