It highlights ex-Senator Ingalls lecturing on land and Dennis, Blaine’s popularity, and a range of national issues. Also covers railroad earnings, divorce rulings, a man wrongly hanged, and agricultural output in Colorado with alfalfa figures. The piece ends with Grand Army of the Republic anniversary reflections.
