The town of Lam an Colorado issues ordinance 29 requiring citizens to keep cows in yards until herder calls and to move cattle into town promptly. It urges tree planting and street beautification protection. Mayor A H Vanorsdale signs. A separate filing notes a public land claim abandonment case with May 7 court date in Lamar and a public publication notice for William G Tuttie seeking to prove residence and continuous occupation at a specified section and township.
Notice declares settlers Daniel Gilbert H E No 1 ity 7p and Richard Emerson H E No 124 seek final proof before the Lamar Colorado register May 5 1919. It also advertises a trustee sale on land described as the southeast quarter of section thirteen township twenty two south range forty seven, with water rights, to satisfy a note dated May 1 1860.
