District Court Adjourns After Dismissals and Lien Ruling
Last Tuesday the District Court convened with little business. The People vs Milburn and The People vs Dickason were dismissed by the district attorney. Sidney Flinn vs The Arkansas River Land Reservoir and Canal Co was heard on Wednesday and the court found Flinn had no valid mechanic's lien on the canal.
