Third appoints new director to Laguna Woods board
John Luebbe was appointed by the Third Mutual board Tuesday to fill the seat of director Jim Juhan who resigned. Luebbe, a 2010 resident, was endorsed by seven of ten directors. his term ends October 2015. He urged balanced spending and oversight and cited community improvement as key to property values.
