19 Restaurant bar opening delayed amid contract talks
Golden Rain Foundation delays the 19 Restaurant and Lounge bar opening while negotiating amendments with MBT Restaurant Ventures over bar location outside the restaurant. GRF cites liability laws and current contract scope as reasons, with MBT stating they aim to operate as planned. The bar was to replace a portable setup deemed noncompliant by health officials. Property owner GRF previously approved permanent bar construction costing about $200,000.
