Laguna Beach breaks ground on new lifeguard HQ
After a decade of planning, Laguna Beach starts construction on a 6722 square foot lifeguard headquarters with updated facilities including public restrooms. The project replaces a 1350 square foot building, with demolition set for Sept 26 and completion through next year, at a total cost near 6.6 million dollars.
