A Yn Methodist wedding reception was held at the Elks Lodge in La Marque. The couple’s tables featured a five tiered cake with lavender tapers and an eight branch candelabra plus a chocolate fudge cake. Lavender gladioli and white pom pom mums decorated serving tables. House party members included Mrs. Elizabeth Templeman and others. After a trip to San Antonio they will reside in Clear Lake City. The bride is graduated from La Marque High School and Alvin Junior College. The groom, a Clear Lake High School graduate, completed Bates College of Law at the University of Houston Cum Laude.
