Edward Lemand filed a felony theft complaint on July 22 for a Citizen Band radio taken from his pickup at A and A Machine Shop where he is employed. Officer J W Wills investigated. Gene B James reported a burglary at 1727 Malin on July 22, where a portable tool shed door was pried open and tools stolen. James is a foreman on a plumbing construction site.
