Washington Sept 19 The big word over White House staff is coming back. Cleaners and gardeners have worked overtime as the executive mansion takes on a spick and span look in readiness for the president and his family arriving from Oyster Bay in three days.
George Smith, 60, held a posse at bay in Waukesha Wisconsin after shooting Mia Grabow and scaring off Sheriff Dwinnell. He was captured at dawn after a nightlong standoff.
