City mall carriers face second examination date
The Observer predicted renewed testing for city mall carriers as two qualified candidates could not provide enough material. Miss Mary Riesland, secretary of the board of civil service examiners, announces May 22 for a new exam in La Grande under her supervision with the same rules as before. Applications and details are available from the secretary.
