New Auto Reaches La Grande From Baker City
Messrs W H Bohnenkamp R J Logan and Chase Bohnenkamp arrived in La Grande last evening from Baker City in a Lambert touring car purchased by FR W Logan. The friction gear machine appeared well suited to the region and logged speeds of 35 mph with times beating that on several runs. The ascent of nearby hills posed no obstacle to the car's performance.
