Judge Hailey Dies Leaving Major Estate to Wife
Portland judge T G Hailey died Sunday night leaving an estate estimated at 40 000 to 60 000 dollars. Life insurance totaling 26 000 dollars largely goes to Mrs Hailey along with the judge's Pendleton ranch holdings and a north Pendleton residence deeded to his wife. The estate includes a 4000 dollar law library and bank stock at Commercial National. Probate may be avoided as real property was transferred to Mrs Hailey during illness.
