The order targets those living illegally beyond the pale with 5 million inside and 100 thousand outside the border, plan to remove hundreds in Kiev and restrict most to designated provinces.

Denver June 13 the Rocky Mountain division sessioning adopted resolutions calling on the government to pension all carriers at age sixty pensions to be paid from government funds rather than held salaries reforms urged to support aging postal workers through official funding.

Governor Haskell ordered Sheriff Mahony from office when he attempted to serve injunction papers to halt Guthrie’s removal of the capital to Oklahoma City. The governor tossed the papers out the window and warned further action. Attorney General advised the supreme court cannot mandamus the governor. Excitement followed the capital location vote and thorough canvassing was expected by Thursday.
Explosion and blaze destroy the Herald building in Montreal with fourteen dead and fifteen injured. The collapse of a roof water tank caused mass casualties as heavy machinery crashed through three floors. The managing editor cites a half million loss. Sixty girls were on the upper floor.

Memphis on June 13 saw wholesale arrests in a 40 000 bale cotton theft from the freight house. Indictments target Hugh Knott of the city engineering department for conspiracy to steal 1909 10 cotton. Railroad officials place the loss at 200 000 dollars.
Hamilton makes rapid progress en route to Philadelphia, reportedly exceeding a mile per minute in flight as the journey continues.
The aviator Charles Hamilton finishes the first half of a New York to Philadelphia return trip, after a 86 mile leg in 1 hour 40 minutes. The flight drew a thousand spectators in Philadelphia and twenty thousand greeted him on arrival. Weather held perfect.
Several veterans who recently returned from abroad say Colonel Roosevelt will not enter the congressional campaign. His plan reportedly includes a rest at Oyster Bay and possibly aiding Governor Hughes to secure an election law for New York. Roosevelt is not expected to run for the seat to succeed Depew.
Six people die and 17 are severely injured with eighty others slightly hurt when struck by lightning while returning from a picnic and taking refuge in an iron fenced building in Berlin. In Breslau seven more are killed by lightning.
