No. 6 Delayed After Minor Yard Derailment
Passenger train No. 6 was delayed about a half hour in La Grande due to a slight wreck in the yards. Engine S51 pulling a freight derailed its tank tracks in the east yard. A switch engine cleared the main line, and No. 6 passed before noon. Investigation ongoing to determine the derailment cause.
