La Grande Oregon city invites sealed bids for a sewer project including a disposal plant and 1409 feet of 30 inch pipe 1050 feet of 22 inch pipe and 1160 feet of 18 inch pipe with plans at the city recorder and bids accompanied by 5 percent cash bonds to guarantee. council may reject any or all bids and the deadline is August 17 1910 at 4 p m.
