Elgin advances toward a new two story brick high school costing about 20000 dollars. The building will have 10 rooms 12 grades and a full steam heating system. J N Roberts handles the foundation J D Slater the balance and Sutherland Heating will install the plant. Prof BE Batley named principal for two years.
