Earthquake visits San Francisco amid devastation and fire chaos

Spray Plant Ordered by Home Fruit Company for Cove Orchard

Mr. O. B. Shappat, president of Home Fruit Company, announces the firm has ordered a bean spray outfit with a gasoline engine. The up-to-date plant costs 425 dollars and will arrive in four days. A full crew will spray members’ orchards and help neighbors. The Cove anticipates a bountiful crop aided by a new road to the main line. Sugar Company plans beet fields to spur new industry.
