Youth Contest Nomination Rules And Prize Payouts
The notice outlines eligibility for youths 16 and under to participate in a district based contest. Candidates must reside locally and cannot transfer votes after receiving them. Proper nominations require a paper form or Tribune blank, with self nominations allowed. Daily candidate lists with vote counts will be published if possible. Coupons add ten votes each and must arrive by the stated expiration. All ballots go to the Contest Manager prepaid. Non winning contestants receive ten percent commission on new business brought in, ensuring some reward for all participants.
