A complaint filed with the Wisconsin public service commission seeks a hearing in La Crosse at 10 a m Thursday on two Milwaukee railroad grade crossings in Wheldon and Oak streets Bangor residents including Harry Semnes allege the crossings are dangerous and inadequately protected. The commission will hear the public complaints at the courthouse.
