Appeal Filed On Decision In Milk Case
Pure Milk Products Cooperative and Don Ald Uelman appeal a May 19 ruling by the Eastern Wisconsin Federal Court. The case challenges the use of a fictitious minus-24 cent adjustment to set Class I milk prices under the Milwaukee Federal Milk Marketing Order. The change has cut prices by 24 cents per hundredweight since May 1, 1966, costing about $45 per month.
