Wisconsin Limits Occupational Permits For Drunken Drivers
Wisconsin motorists convicted of operating while intoxicated face a new 90 day waiting period before petitioning for an occupational permit. In 1948, 4631 of 5146 revocations were for a single drunk driving offense. Only 2004 such drivers received occupational permits. Marcus stresses reduced risk and calls for sobriety before driving.
