Miss Winnifred Salisbury announces that the Associated Charities will admit the La Crosse Wisconsin police chief and all officers as full members without dues to aid in humane work. The offer urges monthly reports on cases of neglected animals and destitute children and asks for names of all officers to be entered as members.
