Permits Issued For Apartment And Steakhouse Construction
Construction started on a 250000 dollar 28 unit apartment at 930 Copeland Ave built by Dale Wernecke and William Gerrard with Interstate Construction Co. The 64850 dollar steakhouse at 3815 Mormon Coulee Road for Mr. Steak is by Gerrard Realty Co with Peter Nelson and Son as general contractor. Both permits issued Monday. The apartment project includes 20 two bedroom and eight one bedroom units across Copeland Park and should be ready by early summer. The steakhouse, a 40 by 89 foot venue with simulated old brick, will open by early May.
