Navy cargo plane crash kills four near San Francisco airport
A Slick Airways Constellation carrying classified Navy equipment crashed on approach at San Francisco International Airport in fog. Four of eight aboard died. Injured passengers and crew were rushed to Peninsula Hospital. The flight originated in Washington DC with stops in Norfolk Dallas and Albuquerque.

Two Traffic Deaths Recorded In State
Two Wisconsin traffic deaths were recorded during the weekend, lifting the year’s toll to 46 as of this date. Arthur Dorn, 18, of Sherwood was killed in a three car crash on Highway 55 near Kaukauna. three others were injured. Robert Zeidler, 23, of Milwaukee died Friday night after his car was struck between a tow truck and another vehicle.
