Craig named principal and Ragsdale accessory after the fact.
New York on December 31 plans a safe and sane New Year celebration with James Riis piping in the year and bands in Herald Square City Hall Union Square and Madison Square parks. Hotels and restaurants sell out tables with average prices around eight dollars and expect loud festivities across the city.

She says her father is working for world peace from the afterlife, free to travel, and influencing events by impression. His latest message warns of heavy work ahead and cautions that the Turk has not left Europe yet.
Kansas City commissioners in Kansas adopt resolutions demanding the impeachment of Federal Judge John C. Pollock after his Kansas City decision allowing Kansas Natural Gas to raise prices from 14 to 31 cents per thousand cubic feet. The ruling pushed the Kansas City Gas company into receivership.
In Chicago on December 31 the hearing to annul the 1901 divorce decree of Mrs Grace Brown Herbert Guggenheim Wahl from William Guggenheim closed shortly before noon. Circuit Judge Heard said a decision would come a week from Saturday after Samuel Untermyer concluded his testimony from the money trust inquiry in the Senate.

The final payment of 565000 completes the option on La Crosse Gas and Electric, transferring control to American Public Utilities, a holding firm of Kelsey-Brewer. No immediate management change is planned, per D G McMillan. The new American Public Utilities stock oversubscribed.

Half of the bond issue is held by Corkill clients.
