Vending Coin Thief Is Given Probation
A La Crosse man Richard L. Wampler pleaded guilty to stealing 500 dollars from vending machines at WWTI Viterbo College and UW La Crosse. He received three years probation with six months in county jail and restitution to Jim Stansfield Vending Co and county costs. He must start jail time at noon December 26 and has Huber privileges during work hours.
