Missourian Appoints Robert S. Gallagher Tribune Executive Editor
St Louis newsman Robert S Gallagher 40 named executive editor of The La Crosse Tribune. He was assistant editor of Monsanto magazine with a 150000 circulation and will oversee publication while writing for it. Gallagher succeeds Kenneth C Blanchard who became publisher October 1. He has written for three service magazines and Hawaii content, and authored a 1969 book republished soon. He and wife Martha have two daughters.
