Kennedy widow seeks court block on new book
Mrs. John F. Kennedy says she would relive her grief to stop publication of William Manchester’s Death of a President. She calls the book taste less and distorted and says she will seek a temporary injunction against Harper & Row and Look magazine to prevent release of the work about the Dallas assassination and days afterward. The suit follows reports of friction between the Kennedys and President Johnson amid claims of inaccurate references.
