Gateway Truck Buys Part of St. Louis Firm
Gateway Transportation Co Inc agreed to buy part of Pick-Walsh Freight Co assets including interstate authority terminals and equipment, and equipment from Carrier Service Inc leased to Pick-Walsh. The deal, valued undisclosed, aims to extend Gateway operations from St. Louis to Kansas City Memphis Tupelo Little Rock Stuttgart and toward New England pending ICC approval.
