Funeral services for B C Ross Biddix 36 who died at home after a three year illness will be held Saturday at 3 p m at Second Wesleyan Methodist Church. The Rev Mev Stensle Hinton will officiate assisted by Rev Harry E reborn ea. He was a World War I veteran and member of the Second Wesleyan Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife Frances Jutiender Biddix six sons and four daughters.

Allen’s Brother Walter Baker Killed in Rail Car Accident
Walter Glenn Baker, 32, half-brother of Hunter Allen, of Kings Mountain, was killed instantly when a rail car derailed after a dog sprinted onto the track on December 23. E. G. A 1941 Oldsmobile rolled over about 4 PM six miles south of Kings Mountain on U S 29 injuring RL Green of Greensboro and his wife Mrs Green who suffered cuts and bruises. The car was owned and driven by RL Green of 500 Perch street.
