Miss Mae Dagger visited Tangier from near Newtown for a school entertainment and relatives. Rev Tibbetts, former Whittier College president and Friends Missionary Society secretary, spoke on the Chinese. A Shakespeare Club formed with Lewman as President and Hendrix as Secretary. The Senior class gave weekly talks and a basketball team was formed.
