Kingman High School Class of 1967 Commencement
The ninth annual commencement at the Kingman opera house drew a well filled crowd with admission of twenty five cents. Graduates include Misses Mary Hybarger Esta Teague Mary McCord Adilda McCord and Messrs Morton Wilkey Leland Massey Thaddeus Reese. President W W Parsons of Indiana University spoke, followed by Supt Wilkinson and diplomas.

State v Mrs. Robbins in Covington mistreatment case
The Fountain Circuit Court tried Mrs. Jacob Robbins over cruel treatment of a 4 year old orphan in the Robbins home north of Covington. About 40 witnesses testified before a jury found her not guilty and she was released.

Rosabell Pickard Dies After Lingering Illness
Rosabell Pickard died at her home seven miles southeast of the city on Saturday from heart disease after a three year illness. She was 71 years old and left husband John S. Pickard Sr and five children. Funeral services were held at the home Wednesday at 10 a.m. and burial followed in Pickard Cemetery nearby.

Thomas Maris Dies After Paralysis in Marshall
Thomas Maris died at his Marshall home Wednesday morning around 2 o'clock from paralysis after two strokes. He was about 53, left a wife and four children, and was respected by many. He was brother to townsman John E. Maris. Funeral services were held in Marshall with burial there yesterday.
