Forgers Convicted at Covington Trial
J J Penrod and C W Coffeen were arrested in Attica on a charge of securing money under false pretense. They were tried at Covington Tuesday and found guilty. Judge Schoonover sentenced them to a term of one to five years in the Michigan City penitentiary.
