Hold Their First Meeting of Kingman Officials
The newly elected Kingman town board held a victory meeting last Monday. C. E Howrey was elected president and Dan Shanks became marshal. A T Livengood of Covington was named town attorney with C B Philpott as assistant. He also serves Fountain county and Veedersburg. One attorney will attend each board meeting. After small labors, the board adjourned to the first Monday in February. The session was productive with plans for two years of improvements.

Foxworthy Acquitted in Fountain County Murder Trial
