Elizabeth Atkinson died July 30 1910 at her son in law’s home in Montgomery county Kansas in her 79th year She was the widow of Thomas F Atkinson born in Orange county and previously of Parke county Her surviving kin include Rebecca Gray Phoeba Newman Emma Cabal Robi Atkinson Wm Atkinson Amy Loggen and Ella Benjamin The life long Quaker testified to the saving grace of Jesus Christ and foresaw her end She died at five pm and was buried at Elk River cemetery Martilia Cox conducted the funeral
