London May 16 A sensational libel suit by famed turf figure Sievier against Sir James Duke concluded with the jury finding no libel. Arnold Augustus Clarke of San Francisco, a Columbia Law student, was found dead in his hotel room in Paris amid rumors of suicide. Family dispute over cause persists as investigators note a revolver and Mont Carlo losses. Clarke had thousands of francs on hand and no known immoral ties.
