Patrick eight year old Patrick O Doc 28 M D Smith a young white man living five miles north of Patrick was burned to death Monday night at his home. A Smith brother of the deceased was in the house and escaped with minor injuries. No cause or origin of the fire is known.
In Denville Virginia on December 20 Jos Patrillo Maggie Sullivan and Lawrence Sullivan, a 12 year old, were killed at a railway workers camp about a mile from Motley's Wine Boat. The Aminotos, suspected of the killings, are arrested. The Sullivan husband was abandoned by his wife years earlier. allegations tie Patrillo to the Sullivan family.
