Blue Key Induction Honors Eighteen Campus Leaders

Eighteen men will be tapped today at 1 o clock in the auditorium by Blue Key national honor society. Dr Constantine J Alexopoulos of Biology will discuss Greece Past and Present. Open to all students. sophomores juniors and seniors eligible for membership.

French Club Forms New Members At Wednesday Meeting

The French club will initiate new members at the Wednesday meeting in 312M at 4 p.m. After initiation, there will be games and entertainment. All French speaking students are invited to join.

Wiener Roast Near Boggan Slide For H P E Majors

An outdoor wiener roast will be held near the boggan slide for H P E majors and minors this Thursday from 4 30 to 7 p m. A 15 cent admission is payable at the desk in the atrium.

Sociology Club names officers and meeting dates

The sociology club announces Don Parker as president Irene Osborne as secretary treasurer Marguerite Runk as program chairman and Winona Eyre as publicity head. Meetings will be bi monthly on the first and third Wednesdays, starting November 13.

University trustees approve outdoor theatre and tennis courts

The university board of trustees approved plans for an outdoor theatre and more tennis courts at their monthly meeting held last Saturday. They accepted the resignation of assistant dietician Mrs. Helen S. Arthur. A three month extension on the power plant was granted and vocational rehabilitation student registration fees remained exempted. Dr. K. C. Leebrick left by train for Chicago to confer with PWA officials about McGilvrey hall and is expected to return Tuesday morning.
