Kent State Forms 110-Member Bands for Two Appearances
Kent State will combine its 42 piece all coed band with the 68 piece men's band to perform at two events. The ensemble will play at the Akron Rubber Bowl on November 9 when Kent faces Akron and will also march at the Baldwin Wallace contest under director R D Metcalf. The 110 musicians will wear new uniforms featuring short blue jackets gold skirts and white boots received from the manufacturer.
