Delta Gamma Girls Repeat In Tenth Annual Rowboat Regatta
In pouring rain on Sandy Lake, Delta Gamma's Mary Hoover and Phyllis Young won the women's division, repeating last year’s feat. Beverly Kemp and Ginny Wagner of Alpha Phi took second over Wanda Ensinger and Ruth Nygren of Chi Omega. Sigma Nu’s Ben Steele led the fraternity race with Bill Casey of Delta Tau Delta taking second, Delta Upsilon third. Stopher Hall’s John and Leonard Pohlod captured the Stopher entry, while Chi Alpha’s Bob Brew and Fred Milbredt and American Commons club's Bob Felice and Ed Hanna followed.
