Blue Key Directory to Be Published at End of January
Blue Key directory will be released early in the quarter. John Thomas as president announced the publication, the first since 1946. It will list names addresses phone numbers and home addresses of every student at the university. The Commercial Press will use a new shortcircuiting system with student index cards to speed set up. The dean offices enabled use of index cards to keep the book current. Frank Wendely, sales manager, said prices will stay low and any small profits go to the Stadium Drive fund.

Students have contributed $958 in traffic fines to student activities since the court started. Justices are chosen for a year by a two third vote of Student Council members. Students who cannot pay face admission denial to KSU in any session until the fine is paid. Old students violate rules more than new ones, says Heller.
