KSU Closed To 4 Charged In Safe Theft
Four university students were bound over to the Portage county grand jury after pleading not guilty to breaking and entering in a safe theft case. They were dismissed from classes by President George A. Bowman and remain free on bond while authorities determine innocence. Names include Victor Rodeheaver and Thomas D. Turner both 20, Walter Jackshaw 24, and Clarence Cole 24.

KSA's 60 piece band performs tonight at 8 15 in the auditorium with a program including a Greek concerto and Beethoven's Military march. Holst's Suite in E flat is an original band number centered on a common theme with three movements, Chaconne Intermezzo and the March, as announced by Roy D Metcalf associate professor of music.
