GI Queen Contest Continues Finalists To Be Chosen Tonight
The selection of five additional finalists for the honorary Cadet Colonel title will be held tonight after 41 ROTC contestants missed Thursday's judging due to weather. Ten finalists were named Thursday from 60 entrants. Finalists will report in uniform at 6 30 p m in the Student Union ballroom with voting by Scabbard and Blade at 8 45 p m. The five winners will reign at the Military Ball March 2 in Akron.

Atkinson Clarifies Point Average Repetition Rules
The registrar outlines when courses with F or WF grades may be repeated to improve point average. Repeats without change allowed for F or WF, incomplete becomes F if not completed in two quarters, and written advisor recommendation plus department and college approval are required. The repeated grade must exceed the original by at least two points, with limits on multiple reversals and two quarters of 2.00+ load before applying the privilege.

Freshmen Plan Five Social Functions
Freshmen set dues at 1 covering five social events for the quarter. A sock hop mixer Pop ball Fresh on Stage and a freshman talent show began last year by Ron Rice. A Cotton ball and a hayride near quarter end are planned. attendees get a special activity card on payment. Delta Gamma Tops Greek Scholarships With 2.818 Avg
Delta Gamma earned the highest fall quarter sorority scholarship average at 2.818, leading eight campus sororities. Chi Omega was second at 2.789, Gamma Phi Beta third at 2.619, with others including Delta Zeta 2.594 and Alpha Xi Delta 2.421. Panhellenic notes six sororities rose from spring 1950, two fell. eight sororities total 357 members. The all-sorority average was 2.614, near the all-University women’s 2.62 average.
