Artist Posed as Hobo to Paint Unmolested
Ivan Wilson head of the art department at Western Kentucky State Teachers College displayed water color sketches from a summer tramp tour of Kentucky and surrounding states. He was arrested and charged as a Nazi spy while posing as a hobo to study life for his art.
