Cardinal Key To Initiate Four Women
Four women were invited to Cardinal Key, the national women’s honorary, for outstanding leadership and scholarship. Sué Duckwitz Patricia Fuller Eileen Millian and Frances Smith will be initiated Sunday at Dr Florence Beall’s home. Duckwitz has held Beta Gamma sorority roles and honors in Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Alpha Theta. Fuller has led theatre and served in Alpha Phi Omega and student committees.

Popular Professor Tuo Remembered After Fatal Attack at Kent State
Dr H Tuo a longtime Kent State chemistry head died today after a merciless assault. Born 1872 in Salem Ohio he joined Kent State in 1927 and hosted students at his cottage on campus. Services set for Monday at Christ Episcopal church with burial in Salem.

Two Thugs Admit Beating Tuo to Death While Searching For Explosive Formula
Kent State University chemistry professor Dr H Tuo was killed last night in the campus laboratories. Two self confessed murderers Joe Blotski and John Wattskovich were captured and held at Kent City jail. They admitted stalking the professor for a high explosive formula he had developed for the government. The crime occurred at 10 pm as watchman Fred Strong found the body. Wattskovich claimed Blotski forced him into the crime. Blotski had worked at a Cleveland plant where he learned of the formula.

Dramateurs Headed to Regional Alpha Psi Omega Convention
Eleven members of Alpha Psi Omega from the Kent chapter depart for the regional convention at State Teachers College Clarion Pennsylvania. The program includes a one act play The Reunion by Kent performers and a makeup lecture by Dr Ray Holcombe along with stage setting design forums and production problems discussions. Leonard Rodkey Kent senior organized the regional group and serves as tri state president with Jack Harris chairing the finance committee.
