Benton County Board Approves White Bluffs Plat and Lines
Benton County commissioners meet in Prosser on December 2 1907 approving the White Bluffs Land and Irrigation Co plat for the fourth addition to White Bluffs City and appointing H C Tweedt drainage ditch supervisor for Haxton district with pay scales and bond requirements. The board orders survey work for Richland drainage and sets conditions for reports, damages, and improvements. Also commissions special counsel to contest a prior F H Gloyd judgment and schedules public notices and ferry licenses for Expansion Pasco Kennewick and Richland.
