New Umatilla Road Named by Benton County Board
December 2 1907 Benton County Washington Board of County Commissioners notes completion and acceptance of Richland bridge over the Yakima River by contractor C E Lum. After inspection the board orders payment from General Road and Bridge Fund and approves transfer of funds between Current Expense Institute and Marriage Certificate funds.
