Sophomore class directed by Ed Staren presents The Top Hat floor show in Welles Dining Hall Kalamazoo tomorrow night. Eugene Karnafel sings with another professional entertainer. Harry Peare hosts as emcee with Larry Rolfe leading a smooth musical set. Reservations advised for two to eight. Tickets $1.50. candlelit tables and free supper planned.

Larkin and Highfield Lead Bridge Club Race at Kalamazoo College
After eight weeks of play the Bridge Club race at Kalamazoo College tightens with Dan Larkin and Ken Venderbush posting a .750, edging past Bill Highfield and Ed Staren who share the best nightly scores. Williamson and Brobst lead North-South at .594 as Staren and others vie for top honors.

June Stromberg and Tom Willson will represent Kalamazoo College at the Michigan Intercollegiate Speech League State Extemporaneous Speaking Tournament at Albion College this afternoon. Registrar notices base graduation requirements on a four point system with A four quality points per hour B three C two and D one. F remains a liability and repeats can adjust average. Minimum 120 hours and a 240 quality point target under 135 total hours.
Open Meetings Highlight Alpha Sigma Delta and Kappa Pi Societies
Non members observe activities as Alpha Sigma Delta hosts an open meeting on December 19 and Kappa Pi holds one on January 9 at eight in Bowen. Connie Wilson leads invitations. Nancy Wilcox Marilyn Eck and Janet Beebe organize entertainment. Guests receive yellow roses and a Kappa room refreshment gathering follows. The Kappas also host a toboggan party at Echo Valley Friday night with members dates and guest couples.
