Overley Society Plans Future Music Activities
The Overley Society met at Stetson Chapel and discussed final exams as musicians prepare to perform for the music faculty later next week. Annual symphony auditions were announced with Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra participation possible. Dorothy Burgess will sing, joined by contestants Margery Davis Joy Leach Betty Colvin. Participants also included Florence Chisholm, Lois Armintrout Louise Goss and Rosalyn Spencer. A Kalamazoo premiere of Fashion or She Was Only a Farmer's Daughter But Oh Tone is set for January 24 and 25 with tickets on sale soon.

Kazoo Plans Even Bigger Albion Trip
Kazoo College students prepare a bigger caravan to Albion for a January 20 1947 trip. Last year used five buses and packed crews including drivers who joined in singalongs and a stop for hamburgers. This year all Greyhounds are booked with one baggage compartment ticket left, and students anticipate a larger Hornets game day experience.
